Our Recycled Wool Dryer Balls are designed to reduce drying time, soften fabrics, cut down static, decrease lint, and reduce wrinkles. The use of our dryer balls drastically reduces, or even eliminates, the need to use land filling, toxic dryer sheets and chemical-laden liquid softener, both of which contain toluene and styrene, two solvents proven to cause cancer and damage the neurological system.
Why should I use Recycled Wool Dryer Balls instead of plastic ones?
The dryer balls currently available on the market are made out of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), which is one of the most poisonous plastics ever manufactured. When PVC is made, hydrochloric acid and cancer-causing dioxins are released into the air and water. Exposure to these pollutants can cause cancer, neurological damage, endometriosis, birth defects, and liver and kidney damage. Most recently, 'PVC-free' dryer balls have come into the market, touting the use of 'safe plastic' and being environmentally friendly. However, these dryer balls are still made out of synthetic materials (thermal plastic rubber) and are manufactured in China; the import and export of these goods and their manufacturing still has a negative impact on our environment, regardless of the PVC-free factor.
As your wet laundry tumbles in the dryer, our Recycled Wool Dryer Balls lift and separate your clothes, allowing the air to flow more efficiently. Not only does this make your clothes soft and fluffy, it can also reduce your drying time by up to 50%! Our dryer balls are perfect for those concerned with conserving energy or those with a busy lifestyle.
TIP: For those of you with large/extra large capacity dryers, research has shown that the use of 4-6 dryer balls may be needed for maximum effectiveness.
TIP: To further reduce static, add 1/4 cup white vinegar to your washing machine rinse cycle.
TIP: If you' d like to add a bit of scent to your laundry, simply dab a few drops of your favorite essential oil onto the dryer balls (the oil will not transfer to your clothing).
By drastically reducing the time it takes to dry a load of clothes, our Recycled Wool Dryer Balls decrease the amount of energy used, which saves you money on your energy bill. Additionally, because our dryer balls naturally soften fabric and may cut down on static, you no longer need to purchase fabric softener and possibly dryer sheets. But the best part is that they are reusable over and over again!

How much of the Facial Cleansing Grains should I use?
Generally one teaspoon of the Grains is adequate for thorough exfoliating.
How much of the Weekly Mask Treatment should I use?
Generally one teaspoon is enough to make a mask that covers the skin well. If you like a bit thicker mask, add a bit more of the product and use less water; this will give you a 'pastier' mask.
How many uses will I get out of the Facial Cleansing Grains?
If used once a day, one 3.5 ounce bottle of Facial Cleansing Grains should last 4-5 weeks, depending on the amount used each time.
How many uses will I get out of the Weekly Mask Treatment?
If used once a week, one 1.5 ounce bottle should give you 10-14 mask treatments, depending on the amount used each time.
I don't like mixing the Facial Cleansing Grains or the Weekly Mask Treatment in my hand, what else can I use?
If needed, you can mix the Grains or the Mask Treatments in any sort of dish you prefer to make application easier.
I'm having trouble getting my anti-aging essential oil blend out of the bottle, what can I do?
Due to the viscosity of the carrier oils used in our Anti-aging Essential Oil Blends, dispensing the product takes a few extra seconds. Hold the bottle upside down while gently tapping the bottom with your finger. In about five to ten seconds the oil should dispense drop by drop.
You can also take the inner cap off of the bottle and dispense by placing your finger over the top and tipping the bottle; however, this method is not recommended and is used at your own risk since it may introduce bacteria into your product and decrease the life of the product.
What brand of essential oils do you use?
All of our essential oils are 100% pure, undiluted, and steam-distilled. Our essential oils are purchased through Frontier Coop and are made by Aura Cacia, an environmentally friendly company who strives to use recyclable packaging, minimize excess packaging, and utilize post-consumer recycled (PCR) materials when possible. None of their products are tested on animals.
Where are the Face and Body Care products manufactured?
All of our Face & Body Care products are handcrafted in small batches by EcoSisters™ in Nevis, Minnesota. Only the strictest of sanitary procedures are followed to ensure the purity of the products.
Will the Anti-aging Essential Oil blends make my face greasy?
No. The ingredients in the Anti-aging Essential Oil blends are specifically designed to be used on the face; they absorb readily and will not leave a greasy feeling behind nor will they clog your pores.
What does 'All-Natural' really mean?
